Returns and Exchanges

You may return or exchange the jewelry within 15 days if you are not satisfied with it.  The item being returned must be in its original condition with the tags and wrapping.  The returned jewelry cannot show signs of wear, alteration or damage.  In this case a credit or exchange will not be issued.

Return Instructions

• Call at the number below.  You will need your invoice number handy when calling

• Return instructions will be emailed. 

• No returns will be accepted unless a return number was provided via email or by phone.

• The item/s should be mailed in its original box in a bubble envelope to avoid damage during transit. 

• Do not use the word ‘Jewelry’ on the box.

• We are not responsible for lost, misdirected or damaged returns. 

• Please use the delivery confirmation and insurance to show the parcel was delivered.

•  Returns are processed within 5 days and an email sent to confirm. A credit will be issued to your Paypal account.

Exchange.

I will be happy to exchange any item of jewelry you purchase

When you send your return jewelry back to us... please tell us on a copy of the invoice what jewelry you would like for your exchange. Be sure to include the jewelry item/number and the price. We will credit your account on PayPal for the amount of the returned jewelry once received, then charge you for the replacement silver jewelry and your new jewelry will be on its way to your door.
